When do we recommend mid-term over holiday?

When the property can't obtain a tourist licence, when the location has stable corporate demand, when the owner prefers less turnover. In Murcia, for example, many properties with highly seasonal demand perform better mid-term than as pure holiday lets.

Channels and demand

Spotahome, Blueground, Homelike, a direct corporate channel with relocation companies, plus Airbnb with mid-stay filters. We segment by target guest profile.

Compliance

A specific contract outside the LAU (art. 3), withholdings where applicable and SES Hospedajes registration if relevant. Coordinated tax advice.

Typical returns

A lower average-rate peak than holiday letting but higher occupancy and lower operating cost (fewer cleans, less turnover). In many markets, net profit is comparable, and with less volatility.
